In this space I want you to always rest assured and be encouraged, that you are WORTHY of the investment that is self-care! I know you’re busy doing everything for everyone, but here is a place to PAUSE and really take some time for YOU! Self-care is not optional. It is a privilege and one that you and I must embrace! When we care for ourselves we are better equipped to make a difference in our world and leave a lasting legacy.

Here’s another fun fact: wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. You’ll know you’re going about it in a healthy way when it brings you joy to hit a milestone or a goal. I’d love to be someone who’s cheering for you! Hang out here and introduce yourself!

About Me

You might say I’ve had a healthy curiosity about wellness and health for all my life. As far back as childhood I remember feeling nudges in that general direction. It may have been kind of annoying to other people I think! However, my real passion for wellness goes back to a pivotal time in my life. After losing my mother, my body seemed to stop working in some ways! I woke up, unable to lift my legs or feel my feet for at least 15 minutes. It frightened me to the core. What was I to do?

My journey has been multi layered. I’ve built one layer of knowledge upon the other and in doing so my passion has only burned brighter. What began as a quest to find healing for myself has led to a movement. My path began with essential oils and energy healing; however chiropractic care and meditation, among other things, were just as instrumental in my story!
